Information you provide to us

We collect the personal information you voluntarily provide when you submit an inquiry through a contact form or otherwise contact us. Depending on what you choose to share, this may include:

• your phone number;
• your role at the practice; and
• the details of your message.

We do not process sensitive personal information through this site. All information you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes to it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use the site. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the site. It includes:

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and we do not track your activity across other websites. The site may load typefaces from a font provider; when your browser requests those files, the provider may process your IP address in order to deliver them. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies through their settings.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy: principally, for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymise it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised, so we do not currently respond to them. California law requires us to disclose that, because there is currently no industry or legal standard for honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
